Please pay special attention to physical security in your office and the building.  Make sure that windows and doors are locked up tight before leaving for the night or weekend. 

Security personnel are responsible for closing and locking outside doors around 6:00 p.m.  Once this happens, doors should remain closed and locked.  Please do not prop doors open to either Gilmore Hall or the Annex after they have been secured for the night.  Propping doors open after hours allows easy access to individuals not authorized to be in the building.

Also, University policy is that alcoholic beverages are not allowed.  Please keep alcoholic beverages away from Gilmore Hall or the Annex.
