Readings and Background Materials
The course has two required texts, both of which have been ordered at the OSU Bookstore:
Waters of Oregon (Bastasch, OSU Press)
Water Law in a Nutshell ( D. Getches, West)
In addition, the final three sessions will be presented by authors of Oregon policy documents related to key water decisions. These documents will be posted to this site as PDF files, and should be reviewed prior to the class session where the speaker will visit the class.
