Prospective Student:

We hope you decide to submit a formal application to our program and if you do, you can apply online or you can download a copy of the application form from the web.  Click on the Prospective Students link on the top of this page.  That will take you to the Future Students page on the OSU Admissions website.  Click on First Year or Transfer, depending on your personal situation.  First Year students are identified as currently in high school or are high school graduates with fewer than 36 quarter/24 semester college credits; or GED holder.  Click on Apply Online and fill out and submit the form or download a printable application, fill it out and mail it to the OSU Office of Admissions, as instructed on the form.
