  • Investigate anaerobic microbial communities capable of bioenergy/bioproduct production and waste treatment.
  • Develop microbial electrochemical systems for energy/resource recovery and wastewater treatment/monitoring. 
  • Develop integrated, decentralized systems for treating organic-rich wastewater
