Biography

Berit holds a Ph.D. from Oregon State University in Applied Anthropology with a focus on ethnobiology and agricultural issues. Her area of expertise is conducting community-based needs assessments to help support the development of agricultural policies and educational programming that increase social, economic, and environmental sustainability within agricultural communities.
